陕西引种早实核桃的生物学性状与营养成分

摘要:
对陕西引种的5个早实核桃品种的生物学性状与营养成分进行研究,测定引种地与原产地核桃果实的生物学性状和营养成分,并与陕西乡土晚实核桃以及其他油质坚果的营养成分进行比较.结果表明:引种的5个早实核桃品种主要营养成分均高于杏仁、榛子、腰果,生物学性状引种地与原产地基本相同;与陕西乡土晚实核桃相比,主要营养成分差异不显著(P>0.05),果实性状好,丰产期提前5 a以上.经综合分析,陕西蓝田县、周至县为早实核桃生态适应区,黄龙县、宜君县为生态较适应区.

Abstract:
The biological characters and nutritional components of five introduced varieties of early-fruiting walnut in Shaanxi were studied in the paper. Fruit characters and nutritional composition of early-fruiting walnut from the introduced area and the original area were determined compared with local late-maturing walnut in Shaanxi and other oil nuts. The results showed that the main nutritional components of five introduced varieties of early-fruiting walnut in Shaanxi were all higher than the almond, hazelnut and cashew. The early-fruiting walnut from the introduced area had the same biological characters as that from the original area. Their fruit characters were well and the high yield period was improved above five years. The main nutritional ingredients of early-fruiting walnut indicated no significant difference(P>0.05) compared with the local late-maturing walnut in Shaanxi province.By comprehensive analysis, Lantian and Zhouzhi county were the most suitable ecological cultivation areas for early-fruiting walnut, Huanglong and Yijun county were the more suitable ecological cultivation areas.
