Estradiol expression in testes and epididymides of mandarin voles(Microtus mandarinus)during postnatal development

Abstract:
In order to investigate the effects of age on the estrogen expression in testes and epididymides of mandarin voles(Microtus mandarinus), the expressions of estradiol(E2) from five age groups [postnatal 1(neonatal), 10, 25, 45 and 60 days (adult) of age] were examined using immunohistochemistry.It can be found that there was E2 expression in goncytes in neonatal voles and it decreased at postnatal 10 days(P
