荧光纳米复合膜的制备及青铜器表面氯离子的荧光传感分析

摘要:
基于氯离子荧光SiO2纳米传感器与聚乙烯醇的复合,制备了分析特性优异的纳米复合膜材料,并成功地用于青铜器表面氯离子的荧光传感分析.通过扫描电镜、透射电镜、荧光光谱、荧光显微成像等对纳米粒子传感器的结构和性质、纳米复合膜与青铜器之间的相互作用进行了表征.研究结果显示,纳米复合膜能有效的在青铜器表面成膜、无损传感青铜器表面氯离子,且在分析完成后易于从文物表面除去,实现了对文物的无损分析.在此基础上,应用建立的方法对古铜币表面的氯离子进行显微分析.

Abstract:
The nanocomposite film was synthesized by dispersing the silica fluorescent ratiometric nanosensors in PVA film,and the prepared film was successfully applied in fluorescent sensing chloride ions on the surface of bronze wares. Transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscope, fluorescence spectrum method and digital fluorescence images experimental, were used to investigate the properties of chloride nanosensors, interaction between the nanocomposites film and bronze wares. Furthermore, a non-destructive method for fluorescent sensing chloride ions on the surface of bronze wares was investigated. Based on these findings, the fluorescent nanocomposite film was successfully used to detect chlorine ions on the surface of copper coins.
