The effects of different excited area on the vibration characteristics of square plate

Abstract:
Taking the square plate as example,the effect of transducer excited-area on the distribution of nodal line is studied by using the finite element method. It′s shown that when the excited frequency is fixed, the location of the nodal line changes with the different excited-area, the rounded square consisted of nodal line decreases when the excited-area constantly increases.
