不同产地长富2号苹果品质差异及其与地理坐标的相关性

摘要:
对全国8个不同产地长富2号苹果的基本品质指标进行了测定,比较不同产地同一品种的品质差异,并分析地理坐标与品质指标的相关性及果实品质指标间的相关性.结果表明,不同产地长富2号品质差异较大,果形指数、果皮色度、总酸含量和固酸比差异明显.果实品质指标与地理坐标间相关性分析显示:果形指数和果实硬度分别与经度呈显著负相关;果实硬度和总酸含量分别与海拔呈极显著正相关;果实固酸比与海拔呈显著负相关;证明地理位置对同一品种苹果品质有影响.各品质指标间相关性分析显示:单果重分别与果形指数、可溶性固形物含量及总酸含量呈显著正相关;单果重、硬度、可溶性固形物含量均与总酸含量呈显著正相关.

Quality differences of “Nagafu 2” apple from different habitats and its correlation with geographical coordinates

Abstract:
The basic quality indexes of “Nagafu 2” apple from eight different habitats of China were determined and quality comparison among these apples was made. Correlation analysis of quality indexes and geographical coordinates and correlation analysis of the seven quality indexes were also performed. The results showed that: quality differences between “Nagafu 2” apple from different habitats were obvious, especially for fruit index, peel color value, total acid content and TSS-Acid ratio. Correlation analysis of quality indexes and geographical coordinates revealed that: fruit index and fruit firmness showed negative correlation with longitude significantly; fruit firmness and total acid content showed positive correlation with altitude extremely significant; TSS-Acid showed negative correlation with altitude significantly. It proved that growing location of the same apple breed affected fruit quality. Correlation analysis of the seven quality indexes revealed that: single fruit weight showed significant positive correlation with fruit index, soluble solids content and total acid content respectively; single fruit weight, fruit firmness and soluble solids content all showed positive correlation with total acid content significantly.
