Abstract:
Lysozyme-based molecularly imprinted polymers(Lys-MIPs) were prepared with PGMA/EDMA beads as a carrier material, lysozyme as the template molecule, β-cyclodextrin and acrylamide as the double functional monomers, N,N′-methylene bisacrylamide as the crosslinker. The prepared Lys-MIPs were used as a new HPLC packing material, based on which the related study on its recognition was conducted through the frontier chromatography. The results showed that Lys-MIPs had specific recognition for lysozyme, which helped achieve the separation between lysozyme and three individual competitive proteins, including bovine serum albumin(BSA), ovalbumin(OB) and myoglobin (Myo).
