运动补剂对男子耐力运动员血液学指标的影响

摘要:
选取中国国家竞走队男子竞走运动员进行血液学指标实验,运动员共进行9周训练,同时进行营养干预,第1、3、5、7、9周周一早饭前取血液样品测试.测试指标包括红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量、红细胞比积、平均红细胞容积、红细胞平均血红蛋白量、红细胞平均血红蛋白量、红细胞分布宽度.结果表明:服用不同运动补剂配伍可以抑制大强度训练造成的红细胞及其参数下降,可以抑制大强度训练造成的血红蛋白含量及其参数的下降,全面改善男子竞走运动员的血液学指标,增强氧气运输能力,提高耐力运动水平,减轻运动员疲劳程度.

Effects of sports supplements on hematological indicators for male endurance athletes

Abstract:
It is a scientific monitoring of the walking function of athletes and nutrition intervention to improve athletic performance and provide experimental evidence.This study selected a race against China′s national team athletes, the experiment of 9-week training and nutrition intervention at the same time and Mondays of 1,3,5,7,9 weeks are selected to take blood samples before breakfast test. Test indicators include red blood cell count(RBC)、 hemoglobin (Hb)、 hematocrit (HCT)、 mean corpuscular volume (MCV)、 mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH)、 mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC)、 red blood cell distribution width (RDW). The results showed that taking sports supplements can inhibit the compatibility of high intensity training caused by the decline in red blood cell(RBC) and its parameters, can inhibit the high intensity training caused a decline in Hb content and its parameters, improve oxygen transport capacity and the level of endurance exercise, reduce player fatigue and ensure that athletes training and competitive level of normal play. Supplements compatibility raise men’s level of athletic physical function and reduce the fatigue level of the athletes to ensure the smooth completion of the training mission and a normal competitive level of play.
