Abstract:
Partial species of Acridoidea(20 species, 7 families)were studied in molecular systematics. The partial 28SrDNA gene sequence of 20 species, and two outgroup species, Anabrus simplex and Erianthus versicolor were sampled in this study. The phylogenetic relationships of these species from family level were reconseructed by using Maximum Parsimony (MP) method. There were 340 conserved sites, 161 variable sites and 45 parsimony informative sites, and G+ C was about 69.8% and A + T was only about 30.2 % in the 504 nucleotides of the data. The results showed that taxonomic status of some specie, of Gomphoceridae, Arcypteridae and Acrididae should be researched further, however, taxonomic status of some species of other 4 families are consistent with morphological taxonomy in Acridoidea.
