舞狮运动对大学生免疫机能的影响

摘要:

探讨舞狮运动的生理负荷特征及其对男大学生免疫机能的影响.测定了10名舞狮运动员一次套路演练中HR的变化、演练前后和6个月训练前后外周血清中NK细胞、T细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白、白细胞分类计数的变化.结果显示：受试者一次套路演练后WBC、Neut%及NK%升高（P<0.05）；6个月训练后 WBC、lgG、NK%（P<0.01）、Neut%及CD4+T/CD8+T升高（P<0.05），Lym%、Mxd%下降（P<0.01），与对照组同期数据相比，除Mxd%、Neut%外均具显著差异性（P<0.05或0.01）.表明舞狮运动是一项大中强度间歇性的有氧运动，有助于提高大学生免疫机能.

Discussing the characteristics of physiological load in Lion Dancing and the effects of Lion Dance on immune function of the dancers.Measured 10 Lion dancers′HR changing in a performance.
