The electrical properties of PMNPMNPZT piezoelectricceramics dopped with Li2CO3 and MnO2

Abstract:
PMNPMNPZT piezoelectric ceramics with the different additives were successfully prepared by the conventional mixedoxide method.Effects of Li2CO3 and MnO2 on the phase structure and electrical properties of the ceramics were investigated. The results revealed that the optimized electrical properties of the ceramics dopped with 0.1% of Li2CO3 and 0.2% MnO2 calcined at 840 ℃ and sintered at 1 000 ℃ were obtained.The resultant has Kp=0.58, Qm =1 702, d33 = 268 pC/N, r=1.91 Ω and tan δ=0.0052, respectively.This composition with optimized properties may be considered to be a good candidate used as high power piezoelectric transformers.
