槽壁边界对超声清洗声场特性的影响

摘要:
应用有限元理论,对槽壁呈刚性和槽壁随换能器一起做受迫振动进行了数值计算,并将槽内各节点的声压幅值进行统计,比较不同声场的强弱和均匀性.结果表明:在粘贴换能器数和槽体尺寸一定时,槽壁呈刚性时声场的强度和均匀性,均优于壁随换能器一起做受迫振动时的声场.

Abstract:
The factor of sound field characteristics in tank is studied along with rigid tank wall and the forced vibrative tank wall by using finite element method, and the calculated results were processed statistically in order to compare the intensity and uniformity of the sound field. The results show that when the paste transducer number and the size of tank is fixed, the intensity and uniformity of the sound field of the rigid tank wall is better than that of the forced vibration.
