Abstract:
Effect of Cynomrium songaricum Rupr polysaccharide(CSRP)on protection role to skeletal muscle, heart, liver, kidney and other tissue cells and mitochondria in exercise training rats,for CSRP application in sports medicine and provide experimental basis. Using spectrophotometry to measure serum succinate dehydrogenase succinate dehydrogenase(SDH)、 creatine kinase (CK)、 lactate dehydrogenase enzyme (LDH)、 alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activity and urine total protein (TP)、 urinary albumin (Alb) and urine fluid β2-microglobulin (β2-MC) content and other related biochemical indicators in rats of quiet control group, exercise training group and the exercise + CSRP group;treadmill exercise to measure exercise time to exhaustion in rats of training group and determined campaign + CSRP.The results showed: exercise + CSRP serum SDH、CK、LDH activity was significantly lower than the exercise control group (P<0.05); exercise + CSRP serum ALT、 AST activity was significantly lower than the exercise control group (P<0.05); exercise + CSRP group of TP、 Alb, and β2-MC was significantly lower than the exercise control group (P<0.05); exercise + Cynomorium polysaccharide rats exercise and exercise time to exhaustion of the control group was significantly longer (P<0.05). The results show that CSRP can reduce the serum SDH、 CK、 LDH、 ALT、 AST activity and TP、 Alb and β2-MC content, to protect rats muscle、heart、liver、kidney and other tissue cells and mitochondria of different structures, to maintain its normal Function, may be extended to exhaustive treadmill exercise time with antifatigue effect.
