Abstract:
Based on the fact that the bis-(2,4,6-trichlorophenyl) oxalate(TCPO)and hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)can produce a high energy intermediate to transfer its energy to fluorescent compound resulting in luminesce, a highly sensitive, simple, rapid, less consuming reagent method for the determination of dipyridamole was constructed. Optimization of the analysis conditions, including solvent, acidity, catalyst , and the concentration of CL reagents, have been investigated. This method exhibited high performance with a linear correlation between luminesce intensity and amount of dipyridamole in the range 3.3×10-9~1.7×10-6 g/mL and the detection limit of 1.1×10-9 g/mL(S/N=3).The proposed method has been used for successful analysis of the amount of dipyridamole in serum and urine samples.
