Abstract:
In this work, by comparing the ultrasonic method with that of the hot reflux, the feasibility for optimizing the technology of ultrasonic extraction is studied. The tannins content in the Patrinia villos is determined by the ultraviolet spectrophotometry, the extracting rate is measured with the improved FolinDenis(FD)method and the experimental data is simulated by using the Matlab. It is showed that ultrasonic extraction is more efficient than that of the circumfluence, which provides the basis for the ultrasonic assisted extraction in the Patrinia villosa.
