超声提取苦菜单宁实验研究

摘要:
对超声波提取苦菜中单宁的工艺优化进行可行性研究.将超声波法提取与热回流法进行对比.应用紫外分光光度法测定苦菜中单宁的含量,用改良的佛丹二氐法测定单宁的提取率,并用Matlab软件进行实验数据模拟,结果表明:超声波提取法用时短,提取率高,能达到比传统的热回流法更理想的效果,这为超声波辅助提取苦菜中单宁的工艺优化提供了依据.

Abstract:
In this work, by comparing the ultrasonic method with that of the hot reflux, the feasibility for optimizing the technology of ultrasonic extraction is studied. The tannins content in the Patrinia villos is determined by the ultraviolet spectrophotometry, the extracting rate is measured with the improved FolinDenis(FD)method and the experimental data is simulated by using the Matlab. It is showed that ultrasonic extraction is more efficient than that of the circumfluence, which provides the basis for the ultrasonic assisted extraction in the Patrinia villosa.
