Abstract:
A new chemiluminescence (CL) flow-through biosensor for determination of hydrogen peroxide was developed by immobilizing horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and Ag nanoparticles with the Sol-gel method on the flow CL cell. In the presence of Ag nanoparticles, the respond of the biosensor is enhanced about 10-fold. The calibration graph is linear in the range of 7×10-5 to 1×10-3 mol/L, and the detection limit is 2.4×10-6 mol/L. The relative standard deviation is 3.2% (4×10-4 mol/L H2O2, n=9).
