太极拳运动与葛根素干预对糖尿病人体FBG、血清NO含量及NOS活性的影响

摘要:
探讨太极拳运动结合补充葛根素干预对糖尿病(T2DM)患者FBG、血清NO含量及NOS活性的影响.选择无运动禁忌症的T2DM住院患者48例,随机分为4组进行为期6个月的实验(A为太极拳运动治疗组,B为葛根素治疗组,C为太极拳运动结合葛根素治疗组,D为对照组).试验对象在试验期间均正常服用降糖药物格列吡嗪.结果表明: A、B、C组实验后FBG值显降低(P<005;P<001),血清NO含量非常显著性增加(P<001),NOS活性都非常显著性增强(P<001).D组各指标与实验前相比无显著性变化(P>005);A、B、C组FBG降低幅度显著性大于D组(P<005;P<001); 血清NO含量增加幅度及NOS活性增强幅度也显著性大于D组(P<005;P<001),其中A、B两组与C组相比有显著性差异(P<005).这表明太极拳结合葛根素干预能有效降低T2DM患者的FBG值,增加血清NO含量,增强NOS活性,对糖尿病并发症的预防及糖尿病的治疗有积极作用.

Abstract:
To discuss the influence of Fasting blood sugar, nitrogen monoxide content and nitric oxide synthase activity content in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus after intervention of Taijiquan exercise and puerarin. Methods: Forty-eight Patients with Diabetes Mellitus can carry on exercises in hospital. And divided them into four groups of Taijiquan exercise (A), puerarin (B), Taijiquan exercise with puerarin (C) and normal control (D) for 6 months experiment. Four group all take hypoglycemic drug Glipizide in experiment. Results:1)After experiment FBG of group A , B and C decrease significantly(P<005 or P<001),the nitrogen monoxide content increase more significantly(P<001),nitric oxide synthase activity content enhance more significantly(P<001). The group D has no significant difference (P>005). 2)The blood sugar of group A , B and C decrease significantly compared with group D(P<001 or P<005).The nitrogen monoxide content and nitric oxide synthase activity content of group A, B and C increase significantly compared with group D(P<001 or P<005);There are more deference in comparing group A and B with C (P<005). Conclusions: Taijiquan exercise and puerarin can decrease blood sugar and increase nitrogen monoxide content and nitric oxide synthase activity content on diabetes mellitus patients, and have active effect on preventing and curing Diabetes Mellitus.
