超声-环流提取盾叶薯蓣皂苷的研究

摘要:
采用超声-环流方法,从盾叶薯蓣中提取薯蓣皂苷,在超声频率﹑超声功率﹑乙醇浓度等单因素提取条件的基础上与超声辅助提取进行对比.结果表明:对于60 g的盾叶薯蓣粉末,在单因素基础上,超声-环流方法平均提取率为5.99%,与单纯超声提取相比,提取率提高了25.38%.

Study on extraction of dioscin from Dioscorea zingiberensis wright by ultrasound - circulation

Abstract:
Using the ultrasound-circulation method, the dioscorea dioscin is extracted from the Dioscorea zingiberensis wright. Compared with those extracted by ultrasonic auxiliary extraction only considering single factor condition such as the ultrasonic frequency, ultrasonic power and ethanol concentration, the result shows that for 60g extraction powder of the dioscorea shield leaf, the average extraction rate of ultrasonic-circulation is 5.99% and is higher 25.38% than that of the ultrasonic auxiliary extraction.
