Abstract:
This experiment objects were SD rats(♂), the exercise models was set up by the great intensity endurance training. The effect of rosemary on the index number of organs, the level of some hormones the, antioxidase activity and MDA contents in the kidney of the rats trained with the great intensity endurance training was studied. The results displayed that rosemary could increase the index number of the exercise rats' organs by the great intensity endurance training. The Liver and Testicle Index were affected more obviously. Moreover, the rats' growth and development was had no harmful effects on. Rosemary could inhibit the level of reverse triiodothyronine and atrial natriuretic peptide to descend, which was caused by the great intensity endurance training, raise the level of growth hormone. Rosemary could also reinforce in different level the activity of antioxidase SOD、CAT and GSH-Px and degrade the content of MDA under the resting state and kinestate, especially under the kinestate, displaying significant differences(P
