减压蒸馏法处理工业废水

摘要:
采用减压蒸馏法处理造纸废水,考察了初始pH值及不同促进剂(高岭土、工业碱、三氯化铁)对减压蒸馏处理效果的影响,并考察了高岭土促进剂在此过程中的最佳pH值.结果表明,初始pH值在减压蒸馏过程中起着重要的作用,碱性条件下的效果要优于酸性条件.而当pH为135时,COD去除率可达991%;在pH=7,以高岭土为促进剂时COD去除率达993%.此外,减压蒸馏法也可用于处理焦化废水.结果表明,在以高锰酸钾为促进剂时,焦化水的COD、NH3-N去除率分别可达989%和971%,电导率最低可达54 μS/cm.

Abstract:
The vacuum distillation (VD) system used for treating paper mill wastewater was investigated. The results show that the initial pH plays an important role in the COD removal. In particular, highest COD removal efficiency of 993% by using VD system in presence of kaolin at pH 7.0 was obtained. In addition, the VD applied in coking wastewater was also investigated, and the results indicate that 989% and 971% of COD and NH3-N removal efficiency were achieved, respectively, and the conductivity less than 54 μS/cm.
