不同取代度羟丙基-β-环糊精与法莫替丁包合作用研究

摘要:
采用溶液搅拌法制备了5种不同取代度(SD)的羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)与法莫替丁的包合物,并通过红外光谱法(IR),X射线衍射法(XRD),紫外光谱法(UV)等对其进行了包合鉴定.采用相溶解度法计算了5种HP-β-CD/法莫替丁包合物的表观平衡常数(Kc),研究了不同取代度的羟丙基-β-环糊精与法莫替丁的包合作用.结果表明,不同取代度的HP-β-CD对法莫替丁均产生了包合作用,且SD=6.2的HP-β-CD/法莫替丁包合物表观平衡常数最大(Kc=749 M-1),达到了最佳的包合效果.

Abstract:
Five inclusion complexes between famotidine and hydroxy propyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) with different substitution degree were prepared. The complexes were characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR), powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and ultra-violet spectroscopy (UV). The apparent equilibrium constants (Kc) of the five inclusion complexes were determined by using phase-solubility method; The effects of the substitution degrees of HP-β-CD on formation of the inclusion complex of HP-β-CD/famotidine were investigated. The results showed that the inclusion complexes could produced for HP-β-CD with different substitution degree and the best inclusion formed at SD(substitution degree)=6.2. The solubility of famotidine were greatly improved by HP-β-CD with SD=6.2.
