太白泡沙参中薯蓣皂苷元含量的测定

摘要:
以高氯酸-香荚兰醛为显色剂, 以冰醋酸为溶剂,建立了光度法定量测定太白泡沙参中薯蓣皂苷元含量的新方法.结果表明,回归方程为Y=3.011 7X-0.003 4, 相关系数 r=0.999 8,线性范围 0.050~0.298 mg/mL.利用该方法对太白泡沙参中薯蓣皂苷元含量进行了定量测定,薯蓣皂苷元含量高达8%左右,7次回收率平均值为100.2%,RSD=1.03%.

Abstract:
Photometric method for the determination of diosgenin in the root of the A. potaninii Korsh from Taibai Mountain in China has been developed using perchloric acid-vanillin as colour-developing agent and glacial acetic acid as solvent. The experiment results indicated that the regression equation of the method is Y=3.011 7X-0.003 4 (r=0.999 8), and the linear range is found to be 0.050~0.298 mg/mL. The content of diosgenin in the root of the A. potaninii Korsh from Taibai Mountain in China has been accurately determined by using this method. The content of diosgenin is up to 8 % . The even recovery (n=7) is 100.2% and the relative standard deviation is less than 1.03%.
