基于流域用水标准的水资源承载力测评——以关中—天水经济区为例

摘要:
基于GIS技术和流域用水标准对关中—天水经济区水资源承载力进行了测评分析,结果表明:该经济区水资源负载指数整体较大,水资源利用程度较高;大多数区县属人水平衡区或水资源盈余区,即以流域内现有用水标准来看,这些地区水资源可承载现有人口数量或承载难度较小;关中中部、东北部及天水市西北部地区水资源超载现象较为严重,现有水资源很难承载现有人口数量.

Abstract:
Based on GIS technology and the standard of water consumption in river basin, the water resources carrying capacity of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone was analyzed. The results showed that the average carrying index of water resources was high in the study area, implying the high degree of water resources utilization. Most counties belong to the districts of water balance or water surplus, meaning that the population can be carried by the current water resources or less difficulty bearing in these regions. While in the middle and northeast regions of Guanzhong, and the northwest regions of Tianshui city, the phenomenon of water overload was more serious, and it was hard to carry the current population by the water resources.
