摘要:
研究了单组分三(2,6-二叔丁基芳氧基)镧 [La(ODTBP)3] 催化己内酯(ε-CL)开环聚合,探索了反应条件对聚合反应的影响.实验结果表明,La(ODTBP)3在甲苯溶剂中能有效地催化ε-CL均聚合, 并在适宜的条件下, 可制得数均分子量为18.5×104, 转化率为99.4%的聚己内酯(PCL). 用GPC, DSC 和1H NMR为主要分析手段对聚合物结构进行表征.分析结果显示ε-CL在 La(ODTBP)3的催化下以“配位-酰氧键断裂-插入”机理进行.

Abstract:
Ring-opening polymerization of ε-caprolactone (ε-CL) has been carried out by using single component lanthanum tris(2,6-di-tert-butylphenolate) [La(ODTBP)3].The effects of reaction conditions on the polymerization were explored. The experimental results show that La(ODTBP)3 can catalyze ε-CL polymerization effectively in toluene. And at optimum condition, number average molecular weight of PCL of 18.5×104 is achieved in conversion of 99.4%. The polymers were characterized by GPC, DSC and 1H NMR. Analyse results revealed that ε-CL polymerization proceed through “coordination-acyl-oxygen bond scission-insertion” mechanism.
