Abstract:
Effects of the amount of frit and lecithin, diameter distribution and purity of aluminum powder on performance of aluminum paste used in silicon-based solar cells are investigated. It is concluded that best performance in surface and electvicity can be got in case of 4% of frit used. Size distribution of aluminum powder should be controlled in certain range for good surface and electric performance, and performances of silicon solar cell are good when amount of aluminum powder B is 71%. Aluminum powder with higher purity is prior to the common one. When the content of lecithin in organic phase is 05%, a good dispersion and stability of aluminum paste could be obtained.
