硅基光伏电池铝浆性能的研究

摘要:
研究了玻璃粉的含量、铝粉的粒径分布、铝粉纯度及卵磷脂含量对硅太阳能电池铝浆性能的影响.发现玻璃粉含量为4%时,单晶硅太阳能电池铝浆性能最好.为了获得好的性能,铝粉的粒径分布必须控制在合理的范围内,B粉含量为71%时,太阳能电池各项性能良好.在不增加生产成本的前提下,高纯铝粉铝浆性能优于普通铝粉铝浆.当卵磷脂含量占有机载体的0.5%时,能有效地促进铝粉颗粒在有机载体中的分散和稳定,防止铝浆因长期保存而发生沉降.

Abstract:
Effects of the amount of frit and lecithin, diameter distribution and purity of aluminum powder on performance of aluminum paste used in silicon-based solar cells are investigated. It is concluded that best performance in surface and electvicity can be got in case of 4% of frit used. Size distribution of aluminum powder should be controlled in certain range for good surface and electric performance, and performances of silicon solar cell are good when amount of aluminum powder B is 71%. Aluminum powder with higher purity is prior to the common one. When the content of lecithin in organic phase is 05%, a good dispersion and stability of aluminum paste could be obtained.
