芦丁与绿原酸协同抗氧化活性研究

摘要:
为研究芦丁与绿原酸协同抗氧化活性,测定了芦丁与绿原酸以不同浓度组合后的抗氧化活性,包括对1,1-二苯基-2-苦苯肼(DPPH)自由基、超氧(O-·2)自由基的清除作用,以及对Fe2+诱导的脂质过氧化的抑制作用.结果表明:芦丁与绿原酸组合后比各自单独时具有更好的抗氧化活性,在三种检测体系中二者的最大协同作用(实验清除率/理论清除率)分别是121(DPPH)、138(O-·2)、112(脂质过氧化).

Abstract:
In order to investigate synergistic antioxidative activities of rutin and chlorogenic acid(CGA), the antioxidative activities of the mixture of rutin and CGA with different ratio were measured, including the scavenging activities against 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and superoxide anion (O-·2) free radicals, and also inhibitory ability against lipid peroxidation induced by Fe2+. The results showed that combinations between rutin and CGA had better antioxidative activity. The highest synergistic effects (the tatio of experimental scavenging to theoretical scavenging) in three different assay systems were 121 (DPPH), 138 (O-·2), and 112 (lipid peroxidation), respectively.
