Abstract:
The SBA-15 supported zirconocene compounds were synthesized by two methods, and characterized by FT-IR, ICP-AES, element analysis and nitrogen adsorption-desorption, respectively. Utilizing the two compounds as catalysts, respectively, the cyanosiylated reaction of benzaldehyde with trimethylsily cyanide (TMCN) was evaluated. The results showed that the higher catalytic conversion could be obtained in presence of zirconocence compounds grafted on SBA-15 under the ultrasonic radiation at room temperature. It was also found that the ultrasonic synthetic method had some advantages, such as mild reaction conditions, convenient operation and saving time.
