新型宽带圆管换能器研究

摘要:
提出了一种实现圆管换能器宽带指向性发射的方法.从压电陶瓷圆管模态激励方式和换能器宽带形成机理研究出发,应用有限元方法对压电圆管换能器进行研究.利用Ansys软件建立了圆管换能器的有限元模型,旨在优化换能器结构,分析换能器振动特性、电导特性和辐射特性.在此基础上,设计和制作了一个采用复合激励方式、利用压电圆管一阶呼吸模态和二阶偶极子模态的宽带指向性圆管换能器.结果表明:换能器工作带宽为15 ~30 kHz,发送电压响应起伏不超过±4 dB,具有良好的心形指向性.

Research on a new broadband directivity cylindrical transducer

Abstract:
The method of transmitting in cylindrical transducer with broadband and directivity was brought forward. The excitation fashion of Piezoelectric cylindrical and the principle of broadband formation were researched at first. Then the piezoelectric cylindrical transducer was researched by finite element method. The finite element model of transducer was set up with Ansys software. The vibration character, conductance character and the radiation character were analyzed. A cylindrical underwater transducer with broadband directivity was designed, which used the composite excitation, breathing mode and dipole mode of vibration. The results show that the bandwidth of transducer was 15~30 kHz and the ripple of transmitting voltage did not exceed ±4 dB. the transducer had the good heart-type directivity.
