测定曲安奈德的化学发光新方法

摘要:
基于在碱性介质中,曲安奈德能够与KIO4和鲁米诺产生化学发光的现象, 建立了测定曲安奈德的化学发光新方法. 该方法测定曲安奈德的线性范围为8×10-8~1×10-4g/mL,检出限为3×10-8 g/mL. 对1×10-6g/mL的曲安奈德连续11次测定的相对标准偏差为12%.方法已成功应用于曲安奈德注射液中曲安奈德含量的测定.

Abstract:
A new chemiluminescence(CL) with flow injection technology for the determination of triamcinolone acetonide was reported.The method was found based on the fact that triamcinolone acetonide could react with alkaline luminol and potassium periodate to produce chemiluminescence. The linear range for the determination of triamcinolone acetonide was 8×10-8~1×10-4g/mL with the detection limit of 3×10-8g / mL. The RSD was 1.2 % for 1×10-6g/ mL triamcinolone acetonide (n=11). The method has been successfully applied to the determination of triamcinolone acetonide in medicine.
