流动注射化学发光法检测药物制剂中的苯巴比妥

摘要:
在碱性介质中,苯巴比妥增强了鲁米诺-NaClO弱的化学发光,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)对该反应具有强的增敏作用,据此建立了检测苯巴比妥的流动注射化学发光的新方法.在优化的实验条件下,苯巴比妥的浓度在4.0×10-7~3.0×10-5 mol/L范围内与化学发光强度呈良好的线性关系,检出限为2×10-7 mol/L,相对标准偏差为2.3% (n=11,c=1.0×10-6 mol/L).该方法快速、简单、并且灵敏度高,已用于药物制剂中苯巴比妥含量的测定,回收率在950%~1031%之间.

Abstract:
In alkaline medium, the weak chemiluminescence reaction of luminol-NaClO was intensified by phenobarbital, and the raction of luminol-NaClO-phenobarbital was enhanced by cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB). Based on above phenomenon, a new flow injection chemiluminescence method for phenobarbital determination was developed. Under the optimum condition, the calibration curve obtained for phenobarbital standard was linear in the concentration range of 4.0×10-7~3.0×10-5 mol/L with a detection limit of 2×10-7 mol/L. The relative standard deviation (RSD) for determination of phenobarbital was 23% (n=11, c=10×10-6 mol/L). The proposed method was rapid, simple and sensitive. The method was applied to the determination of phenobarbital in tablet, recovery rate was from 950% to 1031%.
