Improvement of the weak signal collection in three-dimensional magnetic force and fields test system

Abstract:
The instability of the magnetic force and magnetic signals emerged in the process of data collection in the system of three-dimensional magnetic force and fields test are analyzed from the signal, interface connectivity, and the regulation is improved atso. The interference of noise signals is reduced effectively via inducing quadratic regulation, filter circuit and the algorithms of hybrid filtering, the quality of data collection is improved. the magnetic force between two permanent magnets of 30mm and 25mm in diameter and the magnetic field distribution of a permanent magnet with diameter of 30mm have been measured before and after the modification of the system. The results showed that the quality of signal-to-noise has been effectively improved during the experimental process.
