Abstract:
Based on the effects of the semen astragali complanati on BCAA and AAA levels of blood in exercise-induced fatigue rats. 24 male SD rats with weight 190~230 g were randomly divided into 4 groups as Sedentary Group, Model Group, Drill Group and Treatment Group.and given 7 weeks of endurance treadmill training and the free amino acids in serum were tested by amino acid automatic analytical instrument. The results showed that the content of serum branched chain amino acid (BCAA) and aromatic amino acid (AAA) especially free-tryptophan (f-Trp) were increased after a long treadmill exercise. The Semen astragali complanati could enhance the concentration of serum BCAA and lessen the concentration of serum AAA compared with that of the drill group. The ratios of f-Trp/BCAA and AAA/BCAA in serum were increased significantly after long duration of treadmill exercise, this is because the metabolim of blood protein was quickened during exercise and the BCAA dispelled to supply energy and the AAA increased. The Semen as tragali complanati could restrain the increase, The conclusion:Semen astragali complanati could benefit the balance of BCAA and AAA in brain then suspend exercise fatigue.
