鲁米诺Cu(Ⅱ)盐酸二甲双胍化学发光体系的研究

摘要:
在Cu(Ⅱ)存在下,研究了luminol-Cu(Ⅱ)-盐酸二甲双胍化学发光体系,建立了测定盐酸二甲双胍的流动注射化学发光新方法.结果表明,在优化的实验条件下,化学发光强度与盐酸二甲双胍浓度在1.0×10-9~1.0×10-7 g/mL范围内呈线性关系.该方法测定盐酸二甲双胍的检出限为5×10-10 g/mL,相对标准偏差为1.1%(1.0×10-8 g/mL盐酸二甲双胍溶液,n=11).该方法已用于片剂中盐酸二甲双胍含量的测定.

Abstract:
A new chemiluminescence system, luminol-Cu(Ⅱ)-metformin hydrochloride system, was investigated for the determination of metformin hydrochloride. The experimental conditions were carefully optimized. Under the optimum conditions, the concentration of metformin hydrochloride related to the chemiluminescence intensity was linear in the range of 1.0×10-9~1.0×10-7 g/mL. The detection limit of the method was 5×10-10 g/mL. The relative standard deviation was 1.1% for the 11 replicated determinations of 1.0×10-8 g/mL metformin hydrochloride. The proposed method was applied to the determination of metformin hydrochloride in tablets.
