CeO2掺杂对Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3-MgO结构及介电性能的影响

摘要:
在Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3(BST)与质量分数为56%MgO混合的基础上,进行了CeO2掺杂的系统研究.结果表明,随着CeO2掺入量的增加,Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3-MgO(BSTM)陶瓷晶粒尺寸减小.X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction, XRD)、扫描电镜(electron microscope, SEM)和能谱分析(energy dispersion X-ray, EDX)表明,复合陶瓷由Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3和MgO两相组成,没有杂相出现.随着CeO2含量增加,复合陶瓷样品的居里温度点向低温方向偏移,介电常数、介电损耗、介电可调度也相应发生变化,样品的K值呈现出先增加到最大值,随后逐渐减小的趋势.CeO2含量为0.2%的样品具有较好的介电性能.

Abstract:
The effect of doping CeO2 on the Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 mixed with MgO 56% composites is investigated. The result shows that with increasing of CeO2 content, the grain size of the composite ceramic is decreased. The XRD、SEM and EDX give that the composite ceramic consists of BST and MgO phase. The phase transitionof composite ceramic shifts to low temperature with increase of CeO2 content, and the dielectric constant, loss tangent and the dielectric tunability also varies little. The k-factor of the sample increases initially, then decreases with the CeO2 dopant increasing. The simple sdoped with 0.2% CeO2 have the best dielectric propert.
