Abstract:
Based on the apparent elasticity theory, a design method for the transducer in coupled vibration is given when the piezoelectric ceramic elements are placed in different position of the transducer. The influence of piezoelectric ceramics position on coupled vibration of transducer is studied by employing finite element software Ansys. It is concluded that, as the piezoceramic elements are far from the displacement node of the transducer, the effective electromechanical coupling factor and the dynamic capacitance are decreased gradually.Meanwhile, the static capacitance, the dynamic resistance and the dynamic inductance are increased. The theoretical results are verified experimentally.
