电场中带电谐振子在高温弱简并情况下的热力学性质

摘要:
利用Thomas-Fermi半经典统计物理方法,导出弱外电场中二维带电谐振子系统的量子态密度,得到高温弱简并情况下带电谐振子系统的化学势、内能和热容量的表达式. 结果表明,弱外电场的存在对带电谐振子系统的热力学性质有一定的影响.

Abstract:
Based on the semiclassical statistical theory proposed by Thomas-Fermi, the quantum state density of the two-dimension electrified harmonic oscillator in weak external electrical field is derived, the analytical formulas of chemical potential, internal energy and heat capacity under the condition of high temperature and weak degeneration are obtained. The results show that weak external electrical field has effect on the thermodynamic property of the electrified harmonic oscillator system.
