Abstract:
The PNW-PMN-PZT ternary system piezoelectric ceramics with different additions of WO3 and Pb3O4 were successfully prepared by the conventional mixed-oxide method. Effects of the additions on the phase structure and electrical properties of ceramics were investigated. The results revealed that when calcining temperature was 800℃ and sintering temperature was 1 150℃, the optimized electrical properties were obtained in case of the 0.6% WO3 and 0.5% Pb3O4, and the parameters were Kp=0.66,Qm=1 318,d33=430 pC/N,εr=2 229 and tan δ=0006 6, respectively. This composition with optimized properties is considered to be a good candidate for preparation of high power piezoelectric transformers.
