高选择性电化学发光分析法测定焦性没食子酸

摘要:
研究发现,在碱性介质中,焦性没食子酸可在石墨电极表面电化学氧化并产生强的电化学发光,据此建立了一种简单、快速、高选择性的电化学发光测定焦性没食子酸的新方法.结果表明,在最佳实验条件下,焦性没食子酸的浓度与电化学发光强度在2.0×10-6 mol/L~4.0×10-4mol/L之间呈良好的线性关系,且该方法对焦性没食子酸的检出限为5.0×10-7 mol/L (以3σ计);对浓度为1.0×10-5 mol/L的焦性没食子酸平行测定11次,其相对标准偏差为2.8%.用该法对自来水中的焦性没食子酸进行测定,回收率为96.7%~110%,结果满意.

Abstract:
In the alkaline medium, it was found that the direct electrochemical oxidation of pyrogallol can produce a strong ECL signal on the surface of the graphite electrode. Based on this finding, a selective, rapid and simple ECL method for the determination of pyrogallol was developed. Under the optimum conditions, the ECL intensity was linear with the the concentration of pyrogallol in the range of 2.0×10-6 mol/L~4.0×10-4 mol/L and the detection limit of this new method for pyrogallol was 5×10-7 mol/L, the relative standard deviation was 28% for 1.0×10-5 mol/L of pyrogallol(n=11). The proposed method was used in the determination of pyrogallol in tap water with satisfactory results. The recovery rate was 96.7%~110%.
