大尺寸矩形变截面斜楔型变幅杆研究

摘要:
应用表观弹性法,对大尺寸矩形截面斜楔型变幅杆的三维耦合振动进行了理论分析,推出了变幅杆基频振动的总体频率方程,并利用有限元软件Ansys对三组斜楔型变幅杆进行了模态分析.结果表明,在横截面比较小的情况下一维理论更接近仿真值,而在横截面较大时考虑耦合效应的三维理论更接近于有限元仿真分析结果,且变幅杆的尺寸越大相似度越高.

Abstract:
Based on the apparent elasticity method, deals with the three dimensional coupled vibration of the oblique wedge-like transformer with a large dimension rectangular section. The frequency equation of the fundamental modes of vibration is derived. By using the finite element analysis software Ansys, three sets of the oblique wedge-like transformer are analysed. Compared with one-dimensional theory, the results of three-dimensional theory are closer to that of the finite element analysis when the cross section is large, and the larger for the dimension, the better for three-dimensional theory.
