悬链线形超声变幅杆共振频率的瑞利修正

摘要:
应用瑞利近似理论,对大尺寸悬链线形变幅杆的纵向振动的共振频率进行了修正,得到了修正频率表达式.利用有限元软件Ansys对一组大尺寸的悬链线形变幅杆进行模态分析.将修正结果与一维理论相比,发现修正后的值更接近于有限元模拟仿真值.

Abstract:
Based on the Rayleigh approximate theory, the modified resonance frequencies of vertical vibration of the catenary horn with a large dimension are obtained. By finite element software ANSYS, a set of catenary horn with large dimension are analysed. Compared with one-dimensinonal theory,the solution of coupled theory are closer to that of the finite element analysis solution.
