MgO-Ba(Zr0.2Ti0.8)O3复相陶瓷介电性能研究

摘要:
采用传统陶瓷工艺法,制备了100x%MgO-100(1-x)%Ba(Zr0.2Ti0.8)O3 (x=0.3,04,05,06) 复相陶瓷. 通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜、介电温谱等方法,研究了不同MgO含量对复相陶瓷的微观结构和介电特性的影响. 结果表明,MgO与Ba(Zr0.2Ti0.8)O3形成复相陶瓷,并且抑制了Ba(ZryTi1-y)O3 (BZT)晶粒生长.随着MgO含量的增加,材料的介电常数、介电损耗与可调度逐渐减小,介电弛豫特性逐渐增强.

Abstract:
The100 x %MgO-100(1-x) %Ba(Zr0.2Ti0.8)O3(x=03,04,05,06) composite ceramics are prepared by conventional ceramic processing. The effects of the concentration of MgO on the microstructures and dielectric properties of BZT composite ceramics are investigated by the X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and the dielectric spectroscopy. It is found that composite ceramics are formed from MgO and Ba(Zr0.2Ti0.8)O3 (BZT). Meanwhile, MgO has a effect on the reduction of BZT grain size as a grain inhibitor. With the increase of MgO content, the dielectric constant, dielectric loss and the tunability are suppressed gradually, and the dielectric relaxation process is enhanced gradually.
