陕西省秦巴山区红豆杉中紫杉醇含量研究

摘要:
采用高效液相色谱法测定了陕西省秦巴山区14个县采集的红豆杉样品中的紫杉醇含量.结果表明: 树皮中紫杉醇含量为63~142 mg/kg;叶中紫杉醇含量为13~135 mg/kg;幼枝和木质部中几乎不含紫杉醇. 相同年龄枝和叶中紫杉醇含量差异较大;一、二年和三年生枝上叶中紫杉醇含量以三年生最高,一年生最低. 不同县生长的红豆杉叶中紫杉醇含量以柞水县最高,树皮中紫杉醇含量以镇安县最高.

Abstract:
The contents of taxol were analyzed in Taxus wallichiana Zucc. var. chinensis (Pilger) from 14 counties of Qinling and Bashan mountains in Shaanxi province by using HPLC technique. The results showed that taxol content was 13~135 mg/kg in the needles and while 63~142 mg/kg in the barks. There was almost no taxol in the young branches and xylem. The research indicated that the taxol content was obviously different in the branches and needles. The taxol was higher in needles on three-years-old branches than that on one-year-old and the two-year-old branches. The results also showed that the taxol in the needles in Zhashui county was higher than that in the other counties,and the taxol in bark was higher in Zhen′an county than that in others.
