Abstract:
Through collecting data about drought and flood disaster in the Jinghe basin in the historical documents, the change law of drought and flood disaster from 1470 to 1979 was analyzed, and the relations between drought and flood disaster and the climate change, solar activity, geographic feature and human activities were discussed. The results showed that the drought and flood disaster happened frequently in the Jinghe basin during 510 years, and had the continuous and stage features with synchronization in part, but the drought disaster happened more frequently than flood disaster. The change law of drought and flood disaster kept close relation with climate abnormal change, and sunspot activity controlled the occurrence of drought and flood disaster. The frequency of drought-flood disaster can also be well correlated with solar activity, on the other hand, related closely to the local geographic environment and human activities. The study was very important to realize change law and draw prevention measures of drought and flood disaster.
