类固醇激素合成急性调节蛋白的研究进展

张育辉,男,教授,主要从事动物生殖内分泌方面的研究.
摘要:
在对类固醇激素合成急性调节蛋白(steroidogenic acute regulatory protein,StAR)的结构、基因特征和分布进行综述的基础上,阐述了StAR及其同源蛋白的转运功能.在类固醇激素细胞中,StarD4将胆固醇转运到线粒体外膜,StAR将胆固醇从线粒体外膜转运到内膜.影响StAR的表达包括正向和负向调节因子,它们间接地影响类固醇激素的合成.研究认为,在类固醇激素合成中,StAR同源蛋白的转运功能与StAR的调控机制有待整合,改变StAR表达的某些影响因子所导致动物生殖内分泌的异常应引起关注.

Abstract:
The structure, gene character and distribution of the steroidogenic acute regulatory protein (StAR) were summarized, and the transport functions of StAR and it′s homologous protein were also expounded. In steroid hormone cells,StarD4 transports cholesterol to outer mitochondrial membrane, however, StAR transports cholesterol from outer mitochondria membrane to inner mitochondrial membrane. The influencing factors on StAR expression, includeing the positive and negative factors, indirectly affect the steroidogenesis. The suggestion on conformity of the transport function of StAR homologous protein and regulative mechanism of StAR in the steroidogenesis was proposed. It should be noticed that some factors affecting StAR expression result in functional abnormity of reproductive endocrine.
