电压高端的精密电流检测研究

摘要:
从电路结构和原理出发,探讨影响检测电流准确度的因素.针对常用的电压高端精密电流检测电路,研究电流测量值与电源电压、电阻匹配度、分压比例的关系,并对电路进行硬件改进和软件修正.结果表明,改进后的电流检测误差可降低到4%以内,明显提高了电流检测的精确度.

A study of high-side accurate current sensing

Abstract:
Based on the current sensing circuit structure and principles, the paper has analyzed the factors which influence the accuracy of current sensing. Aiming at high-side current sensing circuit, the relationships between the supply voltage, matched resistance, and the value of current sensing were also discussed. The high-side current sensing circuit is modified by software and hardware, and the experimental results show that the error of current sensing reduced to less than 4% and the accuracy of current sensing is significantly enhanced.
