Abstract:
Based on the single factor test, the optimum conditions for the ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from Honeysuckle are investigated by using respone surface methodology. The ultrasonic extraction time, ultrasonic power and the ratio of water to material are studied with Box-Behnken design and their interactive effect on the extraction rate of total flavonoids are also investigated. The predictive model of polynomial quadratic equation is analysed by Design Expert software. The results indicate that the optimum extraction conditions of the total flavonoids are as follows: ultrasonic extraction time 21.35 minutes, ultrasonic power 472.24 W, ratio of water to material 34.62 mL/g. Under the optimized condition, the predicted extraction rate of the total flavonoids is 9.09%.
