有机前驱体低温燃烧制备Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3纳米粉体

摘要:
以硝酸钡、硝酸锶、钛酸丁酯及氨水为原料,首次用酒石酸和乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)作为复合螯合剂,采用有机前驱体低温燃烧法制备了Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3(BST)纳米粉体.采用XRD、TEM分析了粉体的相结构及形貌.结果表明,溶液pH值为7、金属离子与酒石酸物质的量之比为1∶1.5的前驱体在较低的温度(650℃)热处理0.5 h,得到结晶良好、纯度高、平均粒径约为40 nm的BST粉体.

Abstract:
Tartaric acid and ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA) were used as multiple chelator, and Barium nitrate Ba(NO3)2, strontium nitrate Sr(NO3)2, tetrabutyl titanate Ti(OC4H9)4, ammonia NH3·H2O were used as raw materials,Ba0.8 Sr0.2TiO3 (BST) ceramic powders were prepared by using low-temperature combustion method. The results of XRD and TEM showed that BST powders were good in crystal, purity and identical size particles (about 40 nm). When BST powders were prepared at pH 7, the molar ratio of metal ions to tartaric acid being 1 to 1.5, and the heating treatment at 650℃ for 0.5 h.
