2-甲基-4′-甲氧基-7-(2-(1-(2-甲基苯并咪唑基))乙氧基)异黄酮的合成及抗氧化活性研究

摘要:
以对甲氧基苯乙酸和间苯二酚为原料,经5步反应合成了一种新的苯并咪唑类异黄酮衍生物——2-甲基-4'-甲氧基-7-(2-(1-(2-甲基苯并咪唑基))乙氧基)异黄酮.其结构经过IR,1H NMR,13C NMR,元素分析确证.番红花红T-Mn2+-H2O2体系对目标化合物的抗氧化活性研究表明,目标化合物具有较强的清除羟基自由基能力.

Abstract:
2-methyl-7-(2-(1H-(2-methyl-benzoimidazole)-1-yl)ethoxy)-4′- methoxy isoflavone was synthesized by using resorcinol and 4-methoxyphenylacetic acid as basic reagents. The structure and component of the target compound were characterized with IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The antioxidative activity of the resulting compound has been investigated using spectrophotometry with safranine T-Mn2+-H2O2 system. The result indicated that the compound present′s a good capacity in scavenging free radical.
