后置螺栓对换能器性能参数的影响

摘要:
利用解析法,将后置螺栓视为T型四端网络计入换能器的机电等效电路中,推导了考虑后置螺栓时夹心式压电超声换能器的频率方程,分析了螺栓及螺帽的几何尺寸变化对换能器共振频率、反共振频率和有效机电耦合系数的影响.结果表明,当改变螺栓和螺帽的长度和直径时,换能器共振频率、反共振频率均发生一定量的增大或减小,换能器有效机电耦合系数也发生较大幅度的变化.在合理选择螺栓和螺帽直径的基础上,当螺栓在前盖板中的长度约为前盖板长度一半时,换能器的性能较为优化.

Abstract:
As a T-type four-terminal network, the rear bolt of a transducer is regarded as a part of electro-mechanical equivalent circuit of transducer, the frequency equation of the sandwich piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer is derived by using analytical method, the effect of physical dimension of the bolt and the nut on the resonance frequency, the anti-resonance frequency and the effective electro-mechanical coupling coefficient are analyzed. The results show that when the length and diameter of the bolt and the nut are changed,the resonance frequency, anti-resonance frequency and the effective electro-mechanical coupling coefficient are changed also. Based on the reasonable choose of diameter of bolt and nut, the optimization of the transducer is obtained when the length of bolt is half of the length of front cover.
