Ebselen对大强度耐力训练大鼠脑组织自由基代谢的影响

摘要:
探讨Ebselen对运动训练大鼠脑组织丙二醛、总抗氧化能力、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶以及一氧化氮和一氧化氮合酶表达的影响.选取Sprague Dawley(SD)雄性健康大鼠30只,随机分为3组,即安静对照组(A)10只、运动对照组(B)10只、运动加药组(C)10只.后两组进行为期8周的跑台训练,建立大强度耐力训练模型.测定脑组织上述相应指标.结果表明,与运动对照组相比,运动加药组大鼠各项指标均有不同程度改善,自由基损伤得到有效抑制.这表明Ebselen对运动训练导致的大脑自由基过度产生有明显的抑制作用,对提高脑组织的抗氧化能力具有积极意义.

Action of ebselen on brain tissue free radical metabolism induced by high-intensity and endurance-training in the rat

Abstract:
To study the effect of ebselen on the contents of MDA、 SOD and GSH-Px, total antioxidant capacity, and the expression of NO and NOS system in the trained-indurance rat brain tissue, thirty healthy male SD rats were randomized into 3 groups, namely, the control group(A), exercise group(B) and exercise added ebselen group(C) with 10 rats in each group. The high-intensity and endurance-trained model is established with the last groups for 8 weeks and the contents of MDA、 SOD、 GSH-Px、 TAOC、 NOS、 iNOS and NO were tested in rat brain tissue. Compared with control group, all above mentioned parameters mentioned above in exercise group have notable changes;After being interfered with ebselen, there are significantly improvement in the various index compared with exercise group. This result indicates that high-intensity and endurance-trained can decrease the antioxidase′s activity in rat′s brain and this decrease can be weakened through supplementing ebselen. Ebselen has significant protective effect on brain tissue of exercise training injury.
