太白红杉群落的多元分析与环境解释

摘要:
在样方调查的基础上,选取10个典型的太白红杉(Larix chinensis)群落,采用双向指示种分类法(TWINSPAN)和典范对应分析法(CCA)对该群落进行了数量分析.结果表明,TWINSPAN将太白红杉群落分为4类,从群落的CCA二维排序图中可以看出4种群落类型在环境梯度上分化显著,其中第一轴突出反映了海拔梯度与土壤条件,第二轴反映了坡位、坡向梯度.太白红杉群落10个样地中所含有的23种主要物种的CCA排序也表现了与群落排序相类似的格局,很好地反映了物种生态梯度的基本模式,较好地揭示了太白红杉群落类型分布与环境之间的关系.

Abstract:
Based on the survey of community plots, a quantitative analysis of endangered Larix chinensis communities was performed with Two Way Indicator Species Analysis (TWINSPAN) and Canonical Correspondence Analysis (CCA).The communities of Larix chinensis were classified into 4 types by TWINSPAN, and the results of TWINSPAN were validated by CCA. On the CCA graph, the first axis mainly expressed altitude and soil conditions, and the second axis reflected position and orientation of slope. The CCA ordination diagrams of 23 major species of 10 plots have a similar pattern with the CCA ordination diagrams of communities, which exhibits the basic types, ecological gradients of the communities and the relations of environmental factors with Larix chinensis communities.
